Flos

FLOS - The iconic Italian lighting manufacturer. For over fifty years Flos have been creating objects of light and shedding brightness on generations of dreams. Made famous by early designs from visionaries such as Gino Sarfatti or Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni. Some products from the early days still remain in production today, such as the Arco floor lamp, Taccia table lamp or Taraxacum pendant.

Flos is a company proud of its heritage but is looking to the future by embracing new designers. For instance, recent collaborations between Michael Anastassiades with the IC or String Lights range or Patricia Urquiola with the Tatou have set the standard for contemporary lighting design.

Technological development is also a key focus of Flos. Continuous experimentation, pushing the boundaries of eco-sustainable material selection and also the integration of the latest energy saving LED and OLED systems has resulted in Flos being a world leader in the manufacturer of residential and architectural lighting.
